Train for the
next forty years.
Private personal training, mobility, Pilates and recovery under one roof — coached by the people who own the place. Built for how you want to move at 80, not just how you look in June.
Our point of view
Most gyms sell you the next eight weeks. We're interested in the next eight decades — the strength to carry your own groceries, the balance to stay on your feet, the mobility to get down on the floor with your grandkids and back up again.
Strength
Muscle is the organ of longevity. We build it patiently, at any age.
Mobility
Range of motion you keep is range of motion you don't have to win back.
Balance
Reactive stepping and single-leg control — the skills that prevent falls.
Recovery
Massage, stretch therapy and red light in the same studio as your training.

Independent since day one
Owned by trainers.
Not private equity.
Most of New York's big gym chains are owned or backed by private-equity firms and investment funds. That model is built for growth targets and an exit. Ours is built for you to still be training with us in ten years.
- The owners coach here. Co-founders Guy Codio and Reggie Chambers are on the floor every week.
- No membership traps. Session packs, valid for 12 months. No contract, no cancellation maze.
- No sales quotas. Your trainer recommends what you need, then lets you decide.
- Trainers who stay. Some of our clients have trained with the same coach for over a decade.
Everything under one roof
Train. Move. Recover.
One studio, one team, one plan. Your trainer, massage therapist and Pilates instructor talk to each other — so every hour you spend here pulls in the same direction.
Train
One-on-one coaching that builds strength you keep for decades.
Move
Mobility, control and balance — the stuff that keeps you doing what you love.
Recover
Recovery in the same studio, so your body can absorb the work.
