Pre & Postnatal Training
Strong through pregnancy, and a careful rebuild afterward — core, pelvic floor and posture.

In short
NYCPT's pre and postnatal training is one-on-one coaching for every trimester and the postpartum period: maintaining strength and mobility during pregnancy, easing back pain and sciatica, then rebuilding the core and pelvic floor and addressing diastasis recti after birth. It's led by certified pre/postnatal specialists.
Pregnancy changes everything about how your body moves. Training through it — with someone who knows what they're doing — helps you stay strong and comfortable, ease common aches like back pain and sciatica, and prepare for labor with pelvic-floor and endurance work.
After birth, we rebuild carefully: core and pelvic floor first, posture for all that lifting and feeding, and a gradual return to the training you love. Some of our clients have trained with the same coach through multiple pregnancies.
