In short

NYCPT offers marathon preparation and return-to-running coaching built around an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, which uses NASA-developed differential air pressure to unweight the body by a set percentage. It lets runners keep volume while reducing impact, and helps people recovering from injury or surgery walk and run pain-free sooner.

The AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill uses NASA-developed technology to support a precise percentage of your body weight. That means runners can keep their mileage while cutting impact, and people recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain can walk and run comfortably long before they could on a regular treadmill.

Our marathon program pairs it with what most runners skip: strength training, mobility, and recovery. We build a plan around your race, your schedule and your injury history, so you get to the start line healthy — and keep running for decades after.
