In short

NYCPT's stretch therapy is a small-group myofascial stretching class that targets the fascia — the connective tissue around muscles — to improve mobility and range of motion. Classes are $45 each or $370 for ten, and are also bookable through ClassPass.

Mobility is the quality most people lose without noticing — until reaching, squatting or turning to look over a shoulder starts to feel hard. Myofascial stretching targets the fascia, the connective tissue wrapped around muscles, bones and organs, to restore range of motion.

In a small group, you get hands-on guidance through gentle but effective stretches that release tightness and rebalance the body. It's the perfect counterweight to running, cycling and long days at a desk.
