In short

NYCPT offers one-on-one fitness boxing and martial-arts conditioning with experienced coaches, including Aaron Drogoszewski, head coach of the Everlast Fitness Boxing certification and a three-time Golden Gloves "Fighter of the Night". Boxing builds coordination, power, conditioning and stress relief at any age.

Boxing is one of the best workouts for the brain as well as the body: coordination, reaction time, rotational power and conditioning, all in one. It's also an excellent way to leave a hard day in the ring.

Our coaches bring decades of boxing and martial-arts experience, and they scale every session — from first-time pad work to competition-level conditioning.
