In short

Kettlebell training at NYCPT teaches foundational kettlebell movements — swings, goblet squats, presses, carries and Turkish get-ups — with careful technique coaching, to build full-body strength, power and grip.

Kettlebells are one of the most versatile strength tools there is: swings for hip power, carries for grip and core, get-ups for shoulder health and full-body control.

We teach technique first and progress load patiently, so you build strength that lasts.
